⚓ FROM SOURCING TO LOGISTICS: A COMPREHENSIVE VIEW OF VIETNAM’S EXPORT CAPABILITIES
As part of the Vietnam International Sourcing 2026 program, the international business delegation visited Long An International Port, one of Vietnam’s major privately operated ports.
The visit provided delegates with valuable, first-hand insights into Vietnam’s port infrastructure, freight operations and supply chains supporting international trade. These are important considerations for Australian businesses seeking reliable suppliers, manufacturing partners and investment opportunities in Vietnam.
Beyond connecting with suppliers at the sourcing expo, the program offered businesses a broader understanding of how goods move from production to international markets—from manufacturing capabilities and business matching to logistics infrastructure and export transportation.
Through practical site visits such as this, AVTIP aims to provide Australian businesses with a more comprehensive understanding of Vietnam’s export capabilities and its increasingly important role in regional and global supply chains.
