Caroline Cellars is a family owned and operated business in Niagara-on-the-Lake. We have been growing grapes on our property since 1978 (selling to other wineries), and opened Caroline Cellars in 2002 with both the 2000 and 2001 vintages ready for sale. We specialize in quality VQA wines, Icewines, and a small selection of fruit wines. The winery is named after our beloved mother and grandmother,

Caroline Lakeit, who passed away in 1990 - although she wasn't with us when we opened, this dream wouldn't have been possible without her many years of love and support.
