We opened our doors to the public in 1993 and have since evolved into an industry leader for world-class wines: rich, full-bodied reds; fragrant and lively whites; and luscious Icewines, all in a variety of styles to suit every palate. We have been dubbed the largest estate producer of Icewine on the planet, and currently export to over 30 countries. The winery style reflects the Pillitteri family

’s Sicilian roots: pushing for preservation of family farming, supporting early movements to grow local, the planting of new Italian grape varieties in Canada and implementing old world winemaking techniques with modern flare.

🍷 Happy National Cabernet Day!

Did you know that our cool climate and long growing season creates the ideal conditions for Cabernet Franc, allowing grapes to develop ripe fruit while retaining bright, refreshing acidity.

Our 2022 is a standout vintage, bursting with ripe cherry and berry aromas, hints of liquorice, vanilla and charred oak, with soft tannins and beautiful balance. A true taste of Niagara! 🍇

Our 2020 Exclamation Cabernet Franc comes from one of Niagara’s most exceptional growing seasons on record—a long, hot, dry vintage that produced red wines with incredible depth, concentration, and character.

Deep ruby in the glass, this flagship Cabernet Franc bursts with blackberry jam, black plum, black cherry, and black pepper, layered with notes of baking spice, dark chocolate, to***co, vanilla, and cedar from extensive aging in French oak.
