We opened our doors to the public in 1993 and have since evolved into an industry leader for world-class wines: rich, full-bodied reds; fragrant and lively whites; and luscious Icewines, all in a variety of styles to suit every palate. We have been dubbed the largest estate producer of Icewine on the planet, and currently export to over 30 countries. The winery style reflects the Pillitteri family’s Sicilian roots: pushing for preservation of family farming, supporting early movements to grow local, the planting of new Italian grape varieties in Canada and implementing old world winemaking techniques with modern flare.

Our 2026 Gewürztraminer is in the building!

Our team is busy getting it all through the next stage of harvest, and it's pretty hard to miss.

Gewürztraminer grapes are known for their gorgeous pinky-purple skins, super aromatic personality, and all those floral, lychee and spice notes we know and love.

Pretty on the vine. Even better in the glass. 🍷
