Nestled on the same latitude as the famed Champagne region, Evolve Sparkling House proudly honours this shared geography with a focus on the art of traditional-method sparkling wine. Yet in true Okanagan spirit, our Brut Libre takes that heritage and lets it breathe a little.

"Libre", meaning free, reflects a gentle rebellion; respecting the craft while welcoming the varieties that flourish here at home. Aged an impressive 5 years, this wine unveils a refined mousse and luxuriously textured mouthfeel, layered with golden pastry, citrus preserve, and pineapple.
