Had a fantastic day with a brilliant agency, having a look at their processes, sharing some ideas and training their team.

I even used a whiteboard to look really impressive.

What makes them brilliant and why would they need me if they were, I’m pretending you’re asking for the purpose of this post. Well, asking for help is EXACTLY what makes them brilliant.

The best agents understand that they don’t know it all and can constantly learn from others. The business owners that truly want to succeed are willing to be vulnerable, share their numbers, and even admit ā€˜no I don’t know that about my business’. And investing in your teams growth is top tier leadership šŸ‘

The agents that don’t grow are the ones that know best, don’t invest in their team’s learning and aren’t willing to be challenged on what they’ve always done, even though it always brings the same results.

I believe that In a time when everyone can position themselves an expert with an AI written post, the fact that I can draw on real life examples, of appointments I’ve recently carried out and on processes our agency uses every day makes me relevant. I was challenged today on some of my thoughts, and rather than saying ā€˜because a book I read says so’ I could show how I was practicing what I preach and I think that teams buy into that more.
