Had a fantastic day with a brilliant agency, having a look at their processes, sharing some ideas and training their team.
I even used a whiteboard to look really impressive.
What makes them brilliant and why would they need me if they were, Iām pretending youāre asking for the purpose of this post. Well, asking for help is EXACTLY what makes them brilliant.
The best agents understand that they donāt know it all and can constantly learn from others. The business owners that truly want to succeed are willing to be vulnerable, share their numbers, and even admit āno I donāt know that about my businessā. And investing in your teams growth is top tier leadership š
The agents that donāt grow are the ones that know best, donāt invest in their teamās learning and arenāt willing to be challenged on what theyāve always done, even though it always brings the same results.
I believe that In a time when everyone can position themselves an expert with an AI written post, the fact that I can draw on real life examples, of appointments Iāve recently carried out and on processes our agency uses every day makes me relevant. I was challenged today on some of my thoughts, and rather than saying ābecause a book I read says soā I could show how I was practicing what I preach and I think that teams buy into that more.
