More than 2 million people in Great Britain are exposed to unacceptable levels of noise, with at least 15,000 workers affected by noise-induced hearing loss - a serious, irreversible occupational disease. While the damage is usually gradual, its impact on health and quality of life can be significant. Under the Control of Noise at Work Regulations 2005, employers are required to take reasonably practicable action to reduce risks, not relying on hearing protection alone.

This month, we treated some of our employees to a fun and competitive evening at Caddies Mini Golf in Crawley, followed by a well-earned trip to Five Guys for some delicious burgers!

It was amazing to see everyone getting involved, enjoying some friendly competition, and spending time together outside of the office.
