March was a very busy month, with three business sales successfully completed.

These included the sale of a long established joinery and manufacturing firm in Inverness, Highland Lassie - a luxury floating hotel and restaurant based in Inverness, and the picturesque Nanny’s café in Shieldaig.

The businesses were sold respectively to a strategic trade buyer, an overseas operator relocating from the USA to Scotland, and an ambitious local husband-and-wife team.

In addition, two further businesses in Inverness and Elgin were placed under offer, with completion expected shortly.

There was also an incredible seven new instructions brought to market.
