Tāmaki Zero Waste Hub We offer paid recycling drop-off, free drop off for reusables and operate a second-hand shop filled with rescued materials. Open Wednesday - Saturday 9am-3pm.

On-site, we also house creative enterprises dedicated to sustainability and waste reduction.

Got a broken appliance, a hole in your favourite garment, or something you just can’t bear to throw out? Bring it along to our FREE Repair Café at Tāmaki Zero Waste Hub!

Our skilled fixers will help troubleshoot, share repair know-how and have a go at giving your much-loved things a second life— keeping them out of landfill and in use for longer. ♻️

PLUS — E-waste & Battery Amnesty Day is happening on the same day! Bring along unwanted batteries and small electronic waste for free drop-off if you’re a resident of the Maungakiekie-Tāmaki Local Board area. Proof of address required.

Come along, learn something new, meet fellow repair lovers and fix it, don’t bin it! 💚
