Our chef has curated a three-course dining experience that brings together bold flavours and the unmistakable character of Wither Hills Sauvignon Blanc, harvested right here in Marlborough.

✨ Begin with crisp prawn cutlets coated in young green rice, with fresh lime and nuoc cham, perfectly paired with the vibrant Rarangi Sauvignon Blanc.

✨ Move into rich, slow-cooked pork belly, layered with aromatic master stock and balanced by the depth of our Foudre Sauvignon Blanc.
