Want exponential growth?
 
Focus on the viral coefficient.
 
Now, we all like to THINK that we have a great product...
 
But the two signs that tell you everything are:
Do people keep buying from you?
 
And do they refer others?
 
The viral coefficient tracks that.
 
Business A closes a deal and moves on to the next one. Business B closes a deal, gets that client a win in the first two weeks, and six months later that client has personally handed them three more.
 
Same initial deal on paper. Completely different reality.
 
One client should never stay one client.
 
The goal is that every person who comes in brings someone with them. Then that person brings someone. It compounds exponentially instead of just adding.
 
And when it’s working, you can feel the difference…
 
Your sales calls get easier.
 
Referred clients show up already believing you. No convincing, no proving, no three-week nurture sequence. They’re pre-sold before you say a word.
 
(Best leads in the business and they cost you nothing to get.)
 
Most CEOs will spend all year trying to buy that with ads and content that takes so much time and effort, when the gold mine is making raving fans that refer. That’s the juice.

You’ve seen hundreds of videos at this point. Some guy builds an entire business in 90 seconds with one prompt.
 
AI influencers don’t sell AI. They sell ATTENTION. That’s the whole thing.
 
So they don’t need a build that works. They need one that films well. Something that holds together long enough to look clean in an edited clip.
 
You see the parts that ran. You never see the 6 hours of it breaking.
Then you try it in your own business and it falls apart in 20 minutes.
 
That part is by design.
 
Bait and switch. That’s all it is.
(And the worst part? You walk away thinking you’re the problem. You’re not.)
 
But the real damage is what it does to your expectations. You hear AI and now you think it does anything, instantly, easily.
 
Real builds run on a sequence. Real builds take months.
 
Real builds get boring before they get impressive.
 
So go find a business you actually look up to and ask them how they did it.

You can’t pay them to care.

Find people who have a clear Zone of Genius...
A focus on mastery...
That have that G.A.D. (give a damn).

And as a result,
they go above and beyond.

They give that extra discretionary effort that separates the good from the GREAT.

You can’t teach that.

One of our coaches Karl, just like our other coaches, oozes with this. I don’t have to ask a thing of him.

He’s “playing” in his role. It’s effortless, but also so much effort.

That’s discretionary effort. The stuff that happens after the job description ends.

You can’t buy it. You can hire for it.

Find the people who’d do it anyway. Then put them in the seat where they can’t help themselves.

(most of which few people are ACTUALLY using in their business)
 
But also there’s something more subtle than that.
 
Many business owners are trying to apply AI to areas that don’t really need it.
 
Get clear on what actually matters in your business. Then go attack that, head on.
 
AI is a wildly impactful amplifier if you do.

2026 = Separation season.
 
There are two camps. Unfortunately most are in the losing one atm.
 
Remember what happened to the businesses that ignored the internet in 2000?
 
That’s happening again right now. Just faster and bigger.
 
Here’s why…
 
If your business is still people heavy, still dependent on bodies pushing the work forward, and you’re not leveraging automations and AI internally… you’re not going to win.
 
You’re slower, heavier, and less profitable than your competition. That gets you buried.
 
That’s not a prediction. We’re already seeing it.
 
The ones leaning in are pulling away.
 
The ones that aren’t are making it way harder on themselves than it needs to be. Working more for less. And that gap is only getting worse from here.
