Sometimes the leadership work is getting clear on who you are. Sometimes it’s getting honest about what you’re chasing, what “enough” looks like, and what you’re willing to choose differently.

In 2027, I’m bringing two keynotes to organizations ready for deeper conversations about leadership:

A conversation about self-awareness, identity, values, patterns, and what happens when we stop performing who we think we're supposed to be.
— The Path to Enough for Courageous Leaders —
A conversation about ambition, the pursuit of more, and the courage to define success for yourself without making your worth dependent on what you achieve.

Both are rooted in the same belief: You don't need to become someone else to become a better leader.
