What did your team intend to do before the advice arrived?

In Keelstone, teams record their initial intent before using the AI-supported terminal. They can then examine how advice changed their reasoning and the decision they ultimately made.

That sequence makes an important part of leadership visible: whether new information improved the decision, challenged an assumption, or simply made an existing preference easier to defend.

The terminal supports the work. Human facilitators retain authority for material outcomes.

Is Keelstone the right fit for you or a leader on your team?

Start with the scope of the role. Keelstone is designed for senior healthcare leaders with enterprise or cross-functional responsibility, including decisions about strategy, workforce, access, capital, partnerships, and operating models.

Participants work inside a fictional market alongside leaders who face different constraints. They need to be willing to prepare, invite dissent, and examine how they make decisions under pressure.

The program includes the Hogan assessment suite before the event and a private individual debrief afterward. Individual assessment results stay separate from gameplay.

The decisions carry forward from one day to the next.

Day 1 | The Interior
Take responsibility for a fictional healthcare organization with its own mandate and strategic dilemma. Establish direction and begin making choices.

Day 2 | The Market
Respond to other organizations, stakeholder reactions, and the consequences of your earlier decisions. Your team’s options change as the market moves.

Day 3 | The Shock
Face a convergence event from the position your team has built over the first two days, then examine the decisions and behavior behind the outcome.

Facilitators rule on material consequences. Reflection and after-action reviews connect the experience to how you lead.
