You've seen this play out before. A new process gets designed, announced, and rolled out. Everyone nods. And then nothing really changes.
It's easy to blame adoption. But the real issue is usually ownership. If the people doing the work didn't help shape the process, it'll always feel like something being done to them, not something they're part of.
Co-creation isn't a fluffy leadership idea. It's a discipline. Building the people responsible for ex*****on into the design process, from the start and not as an afterthought, is what makes change actually stick.
At Aries, we build ownership into the operating model itself. Not as a culture initiative. As a structural choice.
