It’s a phrase leaders hear all the time.

It’s a phrase leaders hear all the time.

“Everyone feels this way.”

“People are unhappy about this.”

“Our members want us to change that.”

But sometimes “everyone” is actually three people who happen to be very comfortable sharing their opinions.
