The story behind every celebration starts with a pop, a spark, and a touch of tradition. 🥂

What began as a moment of inspiration at W**e Week in London became a much-loved tradition at Haute Cabrière.

After watching the art of sabrage in action, our founder, Achim von Arnim, returned home with an antique military sabre and successfully opened his first bottle of Pierre Jourdan Brut.

Today, the tradition continues through the next generation, with Takuan von Arnim sharing this special part of our family's story on Top Billing.

We're incredibly proud to celebrate 13 medals at the 2026 Veritas Awards, including 2 Gold, 8 Silver and 3 Bronze!

A special highlight is our two Gold-winning w**es, Haute Collection Chardonnay 2023 and Haute Collection Amphora Chardonnay 2023, both crafted from our remarkable Certified Old Vine Chardonnay vineyard, planted in 1983.
