Pinot Noir Day is just around the corner, and with the cool winter weather – we wanted to share some ideas on what to pair with your Haute Cabrière Pinot Noir this month…

PINOT NOIR PAIRING IDEAS:
This elegant, lighter red wine enjoys –

🍷 Bread boards with salted butter, olives and cured pork meats like salami and prosciutto LOVE a glass of Pinot Noir.
🍷 Buttery seafood in earthy sauces to balance lightness with depth – think crayfish or prawns with a gentle Malay-spiced broth.
🍷 Pan-fried duck breast or duck spring rolls and cherry sauce for lighter Pinot Noirs, or duck confit for full-bodied Pinots like our Pinot Noir Réserve.
🍷 Medium-rare or slow-cooked lamb is complemented by the earthy undertones and bright fruit of Pinot Noir for an enhanced flavour.
