It's month-end, baby! The Miss Molly Petit Rosé is officially chilled and waiting in the fridge, which means tomorrow night is basically destined to look like this.

At this point, if you’re not expecting unprovoked confetti showers, wild cork pops, and someone attempting an F1 podium celebration in full faux fur... that’s completely on you.

Prep time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 3 minutes

What you'll need:
1 (at least) bottle of Miss Molly Blanc de Blancs
1 bunch fresh asparagus spears (trimmed)
1 tub smoked snoek pâté (widely available at most shops)
1 crusty french loaf or ciabatta, sliced and toasted

3. Take another sip of your bubbles.
4. Spread a generous layer of smoked snoek pâté over your toasted bread slices.
5. You guessed it, take another sip of your sparkling w**e.
6. Top each slice with 2 seared asparagus spears, fresh lemon zest, and a crack of black pepper.

Another great exercise* is crab-walks: Place your case of 12 Miss Molly bottles on the floor, four paces away from the fridge. Squat next to the case and retrieve one bottle, do four crab-walks over to the fridge, extend your legs, and place the bottle in the fridge. Repeat the movement back towards the case and continue until the case is empty.

🍾 These exercises can be done with the entire range of Miss Molly Cap Classique

On a scale of Goal Setting to Grocery List, what's your Monday night vibe?

Our plan is to pour a glass of Miss Molly Bubbly, write down three ambitious goals for the week, and manifest success. Brainstorming just hits different when paired with zesty bubbles in a pretty glass.

A little work-function deliciousness with a side of crostinis and pastries - what a treat!

The bright, bubbly citrus notes of the Miss Molly Blanc de Blancs slice right through rich, buttery pastries so every bite tastes fresh. Plus, those cozy baked-bread flavours in the sparkling w**e pair naturally with the crunchy, toasty goodness of a crostini.
