We are proud to call it home, and proud to be bringing Leading Conversations to one of its finest spaces on 2 July.

Meet our panellists: Rosie Long and Chelsea White

Rosie Long is the Founder and Director of Sale Street Real Estate, an Orange-based agency built on quality, community and a clear commitment to raising the standard of real estate in the Central West.
Rosie leads with strategy, systems and people at the centre. Her leadership is decisive, values-led and commercially grounded, and she has built Sale Street around accountability, trust and clear communication, creating a team culture where people are supported, challenged and trusted to do excellent work.

Chelsea White is a senior member of the Sale Street team and brings strong local knowledge, practical leadership and a genuinely people-focused approach to everything she does. Raised in Orange, Chelsea understands the value of trust, consistency and clear communication in regional business. She plays an important role in shaping the agency's team culture -- one built on accountability, care and high standards.

Together, Rosie and Chelsea will speak about mentorship in the workplace -- what it looks like in practice, why it matters, and how it shapes the leaders and businesses of the future.

Meet our Panellists: Julia Strang

Originally from regional Victoria, Julia Strang has built her career in the non-profit sector, working in strategic marketing and communications with organisations including Outward Bound Australia and Conservation Volunteers Australia. For the past four years she has been with the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation, leading stakeholder engagement.

This year, Julia was awarded a 2026 Acceleration Grant through AgriFutures Australia to explore preventative strategies addressing the growing risk of homelessness for women over 55 in regional Australia, work that speaks directly to the kind of purposeful, community-minded leadership this evening is all about.

With more than 20 years as a marketing professional across agribusiness, utilities and wine, Emily Swift knows how to build brands that mean something, and businesses that last.
She has led regional alliances, developed statewide public safety campaigns, rebranded major essential services and created sponsorship strategies that bring businesses and communities back together. Her career is built on a genuine belief that strong brands and strong communities go hand in hand.
Five years ago Emily joined the family business, Printhie Wines, where she has grown the tourism and experiences side of the operation into something remarkable. Printhie Dining has held a hat for the past three years, and in 2025 Printhie Wines took out the NSW Tourism Association award for Best Tourism Winery.

Leading Conversations is the format were bringing to Orange, and the energy behind this one is something special. We are taking things to a whole new level.
