Meet Raj Varun Rajiv, Team Lead at Obelisk.
Every project Varun runs has the same backbone: clear structure. Twelve years of architecture taught him that good organisation is what carries a job from concept to delivery, and it's the strength his team leans on most.
His work spans residential, mixed-use, commercial and retail. Day to day at Obelisk, he's in Revit, leading modelling and working directly with clients.
The lesson he keeps coming back to: keep building your skills, and keep learning. When he's away from the screen, he's cooking or riding his motorcycle.
