You can’t “efficient” your way out of a broken business model.
This came up in a session with our coaching team this week.

When firms feel stretched, the default is to chase efficiency.
Better systems.
More tools.
Tighter processes.

But that’s rarely the real issue.

There are usually three reasons you don’t have enough time:
→ your price is too low
→ your work takes too long
→ you can’t say no to the wrong clients

Low. Slow. No.
Until those are addressed, efficiency won’t fix it.
It just helps you run in the wrong direction… faster.

Once you have....
→ ideal clients
→ at the right price
→ with the right people in the right seats

Let’s talk efficiency. Until then... you’re just optimising the problem.
