We love seeing our Park Yoga Cambridge community gather outdoors each week to stretch, breathe, and greet the morning together, a small pocket of calm in the heart of Eddington.

The University of Cambridge is pleased to once again be running , where University and College staff and students—as well as members of the local community—are given the opportunity to learn essential emergency techniques from expert practitioners.

↪️ Taking place across six bookable sessions between 09:00 and 18:00 on Friday 16 October at (CB3 1AA), the event aims to raise awareness of how cardiac arrests can happen to anyone at any time and increase the number of people trained in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and the use of automatic electronic defibrillators (AED). The event is being delivered by the East of England Ambulance Service/EEAST Heart. Each session is 50 minutes long and combines elements of presentation, demonstration, and practice.

☝️ To ensure the maximum number of people can benefit from this opportunity, please only book one session and check your availability to attend before booking.

🚗 Parking is available nearby via Sainsbury's car park as well as on-street parking (parking charges apply to both, please check locally) or a short walk away at Madingley Road Park and Ride.

Meet Debarati and her daughter! 🌍

Debarati was a post-doc at UCL, and her husband a post-doc at the University of Cambridge. A temporary stay turned into a permanent one - Eddington had other plans for them.

Ask her what she loves most about living here, and it's the community, hands down - especially how international it is. 💛

A new season starts here - welcome to September in Eddington. 🍂

Let’s give summer a proper send-off: catch the final Park Yoga Cambridge session and the last Sports in the Square of the year hosted by University of Cambridge Sport, closing out with squash in the square. Alongside that, there’s douce a fermentation workshop FermenTABLE, live music from Singing Allowed, and the Cambridge Ceilidh Club’s, KJ Folk Music sixth outing

And the big one: Open Cambridge for Cambridge Festival lands mid-month. Storey's Field Centre throws open its doors for a full-day Showcase of music, fitness, art and community - and separately, don’t miss a Bat Walk and Astronomy Evening under the stars. 🔭

douce Flea Market closes out the season at Eddington Square 🛵

Come down for an amazing selection of vintage finds, homemade crafts, good food and good music.

Expect vintage motorbikes and cars, a pop-up bar, vinyl DJs, and The Pasta Bar joining the food van line-up - plus everything the square has to offer (see our tags!) 🏷️
