We’re proud to be supporting the James Beattie Football Academy Autumn Grassroots Football Tournament.

Taking place at Places Leisure Eastleigh on 27–28 October, the tournament will bring together young players and grassroots teams from across the local area.

Grassroots football gives children the opportunity to compete, build confidence, work as a team and enjoy the game. We’re pleased to play a small part in supporting it.

Air Control is growing, and we’re looking for experienced people to join our team:

• Qualified Air-Conditioning Engineers
• Service and Diagnostic Engineers
• Experienced Improvers

If you introduce someone we go on to employ, you could receive:

£500 for a qualified or experienced engineer
£250 when they start, plus £250 after six months.

£250 for an experienced improver
£125 when they start, plus £125 after six months.

You don’t need to work for Air Control to make a referral—the candidate simply needs to mention your name when applying.

We’re hiring – Residential Air Conditioning Installation Engineer
Air Control is continuing to grow and we’re now looking for an experienced Residential Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join our dedicated residential team.
This is a permanent role for an engineer who takes real pride in their work, enjoys dealing with customers and wants to take ownership of installations from start to finish.
You’ll be working predominantly in customers’ homes across the Southampton, Portsmouth and Wi******er areas, installing high-quality split and multi-split air-conditioning systems.
We’re looking for someone who is:
Experienced in residential air-conditioning installation
F-Gas qualified
Technically capable and able to work independently
Clean, tidy and particular about the quality of the finished installation
Professional and confident when dealing with customers
Organised enough to manage their own van stock and materials
Looking for a long-term future with a growing company
What we offer:
£43,000–£50,000 depending on experience

This is a full-time, office-based role at our Park Gate, Southampton office, working alongside our experienced Service & Maintenance Manager.
You’ll play an important part in the day-to-day running of our service operation, including:
Scheduling customers and engineers
Coordinating reactive call-outs and planned maintenance
Supporting installation scheduling
Creating F-Gas and asset records
Assisting with remedial quotations, procurement and invoicing
We’re looking for someone who is organised, confident on the phone and has excellent Microsoft Office skills. Experience using job-management, scheduling or CRM software would be beneficial, but isn’t essential.
On-the-job training will be provided, with genuine opportunities to learn, develop and progress as the business continues to grow.
Salary: Up to £26,000 depending on experience
