When your team works from different countries and talks every day through a screen, a trip like this means a lot. We spent a few days together in Sitges, with team workshops, walks around town, shared dinners that ran for hours, sightseeing in Barcelona, and plenty of time to enjoy each other’s company.

Some of us were meeting in person for the first time, and it felt like we had known each other for years. We laughed a lot, talked even more, and went home with a bunch of new inside jokes and lots of stories we will be telling on calls for months.

Proud of this team, and already looking forward to the next time we are all in the same place 💙

Another great Mannauðsdagurinn! 🙌

As every year, we had a great time at Iceland’s largest HR conference. The day was full of good energy, great conversations and familiar faces. We really enjoyed meeting HR professionals and business leaders from companies of all sizes, from startups to some of Iceland’s largest organizations.
