Yesterday, our CCO, Helga Rún Jónsdóttir joined Síðdegisútvarpið at Rás 2 to discuss the changing world of work and the growing opportunities created by global hiring.

The conversation focused on how companies can hire talent across borders without establishing legal entities in every country through Employer of Record (EoR) solutions.

Helga also shared her thoughts on how the pandemic accelerated remote work and changed expectations on both sides of the employment relationship. Employees today have access to opportunities around the world, while companies can build teams based on talent rather than location.

Another key topic was how organizations need to rethink the way they measure performance. Success is no longer about who spends the most time at a desk, but about outcomes, results, and the value people create.
