BLG is excited to welcome Jill Stebing as Executive Assistant and Customer Experience Specialist!
Jill brings a strong background in administrative support, operations, and client service to the BLG team. She has worked in multiple industries, but spent a lot of time in the financial services industry. There, she supported multiple teams and leaders with complex scheduling, event and training coordination, communications, and process improvement.
She enjoys anticipating needs, solving problems, and keeping the many moving pieces behind the scenes running smoothly. A Hoosier, Jill holds a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from IU. She loves connecting with people and creating positive experiences for clients and colleagues.
Outside of work, Jill enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She is known for making holidays and family traditions extra special. She loves spending time at the lake with her family, tending to her flowers, and landscaping. Her lifelong interest in decorating, and reimagining spaces, makes her work with the BLG team especially fun!
