💙The stories of small business’ doing it tough are in my corner of the internet lately, in my reality though I don’t just see the numbers on the screen, I get to see the people behind them.
⭐️The empathetic bookkeeper in me absolutely crushes when I see more often than not, owners paying themselves below minimum wage - your business to me is so much more than a profit and loss statement, it’s your livelihood, family, dream and years of hard work.
❌There’s no shame in finding it hard, or asking for help, and no shame in needing to have someone in your corner to understand the numbers & help you find a way - I’ll be here cheering for small business’, always

❌Still scarred over a decade on - I was tasked at an accounting firm with unravelling an integration mess with an add on app that had gone AWOL in a clients accounting file, it cost the client thousands in fees to fix and from then on I’ve always been on the cautious side when recommending systems for clients - but for good reason!
