We’re hiring!
We’re looking for a curious, self-directed person to join YakTrak in a part-time contract role to cover parental leave.
This role would suit someone mid-career, particularly with a background in contact centre QA/behavioural assessment who is looking for the opportunity to expand their skills in AI prompting/assessment and practical problem-solving.
The role is for 2-3 days per week for 12 months, working remotely, and will involve:
· Writing and testing AI prompts for tools that help drive behaviour change and improve performance
· Building AI agents using no-code tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Studio)
· Working with stakeholders to understand what behaviours and outcomes matter, then translating that into effective prompts
· Documenting and iterating on what works to improve quality and consistency
You don’t need to be an AI expert or engineer. You do need to be curious, autonomous, comfortable experimenting, and excellent at documenting what you try, what you learn and what works.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience at the intersection of behavioural science, AI, learning design and performance improvement.
If this sounds like you, or someone you know, please get in touch via email [email protected]
