Per noi l'Earth Day non è un appuntamento sul calendario, ma un momento di silenziosa gratitudine. 🌿Siamo una grande famiglia, e come in ogni famiglia, ci prendiamo cura della nostra casa. Dal 2021 abbiamo iniziato un percorso concreto, cercando di fare la nostra parte per alleggerire il peso dell'uomo sulla natura.
Piccoli e grandi passi per proteggere ciò che amiamo:
Abbiamo portato una nuova luce in cantina con il sistema a LED, per sprecare meno energia. Rinnovato i nostri strumenti tecnici per lavorare in armonia con l'ambiente, riducendo le emissioni di CO_2.
Innovare, per noi, non significa correre più veloce degli altri, ma camminare con passo leggero sulla terra che coltiviamo. Vogliamo che la più grande famiglia del Chianti Classico sia, prima di tutto, una famiglia che sa amare e proteggere le sue radici, lasciando alle prossime generazioni un mondo ancora capace di fiorire. 🍷

Small and great steps to protect what we love:
We have brought a new light to our cellar with LED systems to reduce energy waste. We have renewed our technical tools to work in harmony with the environment, lowering our CO_2 emissions.
For us, innovation does not mean running faster than others, but walking with a light step upon the land we cultivate. We want the largest family of Chianti Classico to be, above all, a family that knows how to love and protect its roots, leaving behind a world that can still flourish for generations to come. 🍷
