🍇A vineyard update from Peter!!!🍇

Happy September!
With the bulk of canopy management behind us and the bird netting and laser in the field doing their job... Now we wait... Typically we expect harvest to begin around the second or 3rd week of September for Sparkling production with the harvest for table w**e beginning in early to mid October. In the meantime, September is a good time to get some odds and ends projects crossed off the list and keep an eye on how the fruit is progressing. Let’s hope for some warm sunny days to push along ripening and bring this year to a successful conclusion!! 🌱
