Regenerative farming in action in our vineyards! 🌿

W**emaker Dirk Coetzee gives us an update on how we are preparing our soils for the coming months. We are currently rolling our winter cover crop flat to form a natural, protective organic layer over the earth.

This living mulch shields the substrate against the harsh summer heat, preserves vital moisture, and feeds the rich soil biology underneath. Healthy soils make exceptional w**es — it all starts from the ground up.
