The bottle has been reimagined, bringing a more refined design to one of Waterford’s most distinctive w**es.

While the label has evolved, what’s inside remains the same: our Blanc de Noir, crafted with the same care, quality and character that has always defined Rose-Mary.

The launch of The Jem 2020 was a moment to celebrate the unique character of Waterford Estate, from the soils of the Helderberg to the people and passion behind every vintage.

Against the backdrop of the Helderberg Mountains, guests journeyed through our vineyards to discover the Terroir Table, where a tasting unfolded alongside stories from Cellarmaster Mark le Roux and Viticulturist David van Schalkwyk.

The experience continued over a farm-inspired lunch featuring our Dexter beef, bringing together great w**e, thoughtful food and meaningful conversation.

An unforgettable gathering, sharing exceptional w**es, meaningful stories and a vision for the future of South African fine w**e.

Here’s to the next chapter of The Jem. Read more via the link in our bio.

The Jem 2020 is now waiting for you at Waterford Estate.

After six years of patient maturation, the latest vintage of our flagship w**e is now available to experience in the Waterford tasting room.

The Jem is unlike any other w**e in our portfolio: an eight-varietal blend, made entirely from grapes grown on our Estate. Each cultivar brings its own character, while the blend creates the harmony, complexity and sense of place that define The Jem.

Come taste the 2020 vintage where it was made — surrounded by the vineyards and soils that shaped it.
