At 1,060 metres above sea level, Pinot Noir takes on a different expression.

Grown high on the Ceres Plateau, where cold winters, dramatic day-to-night temperature shifts and Bokkveld shale soils slow the ripening season, The Pledge 1060M Pinot Noir is all about freshness, perfume and precision.

Think sour cherry, cranberry and fresh raspberry, lifted by delicate violet notes and finished with fine, polished tannins.
