Audacia Wines Sulphur is traditionally added to wine to stop oxidization and protect it.

Audacia Wines is a boutique winery located in the Stellenbosch winemaking district's famed Golden Triangle known for its signature - No Sulphur Added Rooibos & Honeybush Naturally preserved red wines. Rooibos and Honeybush, both indigenous plants to South Africa are rich in powerful anti-oxidants. At Audacia we extract and utilise the powerful naturally occurring antioxidants found in these plants

to protect and preserve our wine naturally, replacing the need to add sulphur as a chemical preservative to it. Both species of Rooibos and Honeybush are well known for their myriad of health benefits because of their unique polyphenol make up. Audacia have found that our unique method of preserving wine is more natural and a healthy option to that of adding sulphur.
